This training will focus on:

• Exploring the importance of understanding disabilities, neurodiversity, and accessibility in workplace culture.

• Reviewing terminology, examining the impact of ableism, and learning to create visually accessible graphics through discussions, self-reflection, and hands-on critique activities.
